Salary not giving correctly and food also not good,food is extremely worst, more employees got worm from the pongal, sambar extra weekly once Managers are extremely torturing and threatening no safety no job security there. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
