Mando is a good cmpny.here, it' s give many facilities of our employees than other cmpny. But working is more hard and not fully carrier growth in this cmpny if u can long time work in the cmpny u can get knowledge , but If u r working in this cmpny then u have got experience and it has very helpful in your future.but I can not say it is a best cmpny.

Dislikes

I ' m not satisfy for its work. Because it has continue work without leave weekly and shift wise many problem. Like today is Saturday and u have work 2nd shift then next day u will have to come 1st shift without taking rest u have work 16 hrs.
