One of the best industries i had ever worked. Also got promoted from Store Manager to Zonal head. Working with Manish Mandhana sir feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. "I have been here about a 10 years now, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers.

Mandhana textile industry is a great place to work and the best part is my foundation of knowledge were in the hands of great leaders of my team. I was inspired corrected learned and was free to experiment any possibility for the betterment of organization. Everyone has ups and downs but team always stood next by me. I met with some fire accident in the plant within 30 min i was in the hospital with my plant GM and the entire team of Engineering and HR standing next to me. I got ample of time for recovery and was treated with utmost care after recovery. I have spended by beautiful 2yrs 3month's with great memories .

Dislikes

The only thing i disliked is the down phase of company but by recent update its doing well after getting recovered.

The Company has a innovative idea and vision for the growth and the owner know the business and give free hand to work and enhance the skill within each individual.
