Lots of politics, management doesn't adrees our issues. There is no security of your life, more travelling & no time for rest. Work load is more. In emergency situation company will hands up.

The company is good from learning point of view and provides good salary if you are an experienced one.

Dislikes

The company does not have it's own labour and as it is an Electrical Consultant its work is hectic and full of physical work.

1) Great place to work and explore new ideas and gather knowledge of different areas. 2) Excellent communication between employees and top management. 3) It's helpful to develop different different corporate skills.

Sometimes work load is very high.

1. For freshers is a good place to start a career on the basis of project management skills 2. Customer relation skill development in focus 3. Client handling skill and dealing with client also developed.

The Company Manav Energy Pvt Ltd is very good company, I have learnt a lot; like Employbility skill, project management and handling, dealing with clint, labour and transport management, exicuition skill, office documentation work, and mostly I have learnt how to work under pressure and handle critical situation and manage.
