Company can terminate anyone without any valid reason.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed by 3 months, some time maybe 5 months delay. If you are sick and unable to go to the site, you will be at room for the rest, but if you are in yard 2 camp then they will cut electricity.

...abor to manager one line one mashall samefood. vacation propr timely not giving. Salary timely not giving. Finally coming india no Leave salary no benefits and last for five months salary also not giving but Mccl a one of the limited company. My experience lotof limited company im working. Mccl Ltd company But this not a Ltd company this detecting company no facilities in company totally very Bad company

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
