Manappuram home loan any employe site problems solve is very slow only have management safety only. Manappuram is recently i have entered notice period in 3months but management is today resign entered but tomorrow absconding mail in HO and my emp code terminate. Total 1.6 month experience is no useful, another finance,banking interview attended is must importand in experience letter but my office site no experience letter, i have restarted in my career. Manappuram finance work is not safety .

Salary cutting, no work life balance, politics, no work continuity- you will be changed to any other deapartment suddenly that you have no experience previously and they will ask for result from day one onwards.

It's all are good but salary increment and time to time not credited in same basic defferent type of salary credit in time but I am satisfied in salary otherwise all are good

...ars in this company. Every year max there will be a promotion to the next level. But work is very interesting salary is very less compared to others NBFC company. This is purely Kerala head office rules and regulations.

Area manager and manager will be changing a lot. Depending upon the manager our work in fhe branch witll be decided.

Salary is decent but career groth is slow. on the job training is not given to new joiners. There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
