1.Salary is not good. That's why some employees in the branch are doing illegal things like cheating customer, fake bill to make money. 2. As it's a loan sector. When There is shortage of cash in cash counter, the employee of the branch (cashier, Manager) are responsible to bring a huge amount of cash money from bank or nearest MAFIL branch without any armed protection, which is a very very life risky work. 3. New joined employee can't take any leave for 1year. 4. No security guard has provided to the branch.

... And very bad behavior, approaches and self harassments from higher officials... Salary pay is very low..So many salary cutting..Without our permission other district transfer and other department transfer...
