There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

its good company but growth is very low work culture is to good and also HR and supiriar boss is just not like boss its our leader overall good

During working hours I can finish my voice-call work within 1-2hrs ,so remaining I will be free. End of the day I can tally the transaction and Closing the counter. So very less working hrs and free time are available

Tension free job, we can handle it But salary and hike will be very low but there's is a lot of free time during work hours.

Job security is very poor and 11 hours working in office but not affricate to employees and sundy also open to office no rest to employees

More than working houres(9am to 8pm) work to employees but not increase salary and punching time exactly9.30 punch 2times 9.30 after punch loss apply I have requsted to manappuram management pls change the tearm and condition and motivated to employees provide the security in office
