...old me you should join with diploma certificate than after while you got your b.tech certificate, you would countinue with it and also your salary would be hike. I accept that proposal. After 2 months of joining, when I got degree certificate and I went to submit it, the HR said me only your education will be updated and your salary affected after March means I have to waiting for 1.5 year but till that, they could not manage my salary and my carrier is affected from my 1 mistake to yet I never got a hike CTC because of my 3rd class job satisfaction due to P&A manager, otherwise the managers and co-members are good to work. They appreciate your work but the salary wise this company does not shuit for fresher.

There is no any system for employment growth There is not fix to give appraisal, once employee joined appraisal will be after 2 years and one year is pending if employee left so appraisal not giving.
