They provide working environment such a good place like a work table, computer, cabin, transportation facilities.

Dislikes

Mainly the personal and administration department ( P & A ) manager is poor because they do not executed proper rules and regulations to the employee. Because I was face it. When I joined, I had not certificate of b.tech mechanical engineering. But I have a diploma mechanical engineering certificate, they told me you should join with diploma certificate than after while you got your b.tech certificate, you would countinue with it and also your salary would be hike. I accept that proposal. After 2 months of joining, when I got degree certificate and I went to submit it, the HR said me only your education will be updated and your salary affected after March means I have to waiting for 1.5 year but till that, they could not manage my salary and my carrier is affected from my 1 mistake to yet I never got a hike CTC because of my 3rd class job satisfaction due to P&A manager, otherwise the managers and co-members are good to work. They appreciate your work but the salary wise this company does not shuit for fresher....Read More

I does not knew, I was a professional worker or commercial worker. Thats mean the commercial person also would been working as a professional engineer in this company and I would face it.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
