For every small things u needs to reach out to manager & HR because there is no standard policy for employee 8. Appraisals not on time at least 11 months delay 9. No Extra hours work benefits 10. No transport if Work from office 11. for every issue you needs to remind them to get solutions. 12. You will get only verbal & false commitments nothing is written. 13. No onsite options

Lead and Management needs a lot of improvement, policies are not matching Pune IT environment, Unbalanced work-life, lot of Undue pressure, Basic issues of insurance leaves medical policies perdiums etc

While in interview process (Say Interview was done by A - First round, B & C - Second Round) what ever the expectations discussed based on that I have joined company. After joining I had to work under D and D's expectations were totally different from what was discussed in interview by (A,B & C). And things starting going in wrong direction and I have to leave the company, unnecessary waste of time

No career development, outdated technologies, no HR policy, no accounting SOPs, managed by a single person-country head , no corporate culture, fixed minded Egyptian managers with poor leadership, no business in India can be shut down any time.
