Don't joined the company if they demand bond at the time of joining. Without any training this company will sign the bond of 3 lakhs and in between this 3 year if any one wants to leave the company then hr will force to pay full 3 lakhs amount.

1) work life balance is not there 2) not following the promises 3) very high work load

I like the Work I do and the Work Process in SAP Hana is good.

It's full of Group Politics Everyone are having highly attitude here and no one cooperate with you for any kind of help or support you want and if you new joined they will ignore you and the worst HR department
