...s even upto 20-22 days delay. As an employee, I do not care about these things. If you are running the company, you should be able to pay the employee's salary on time. You can't give reasons such as no funds received from bank or no payments received from customer. They hold the salary when you are on notice period. after you leave the company they keep your salary pending even for upto 3-4 months. You will have to follow up for your own money even after leaving the company. No data security in company, no proper project and data management softwares. If any file gets missing or corrupted, management will blame employee only. That is the only thing they do if any such incident happens. In that case, employee has to put in extra time to recover that file. This is the worst thing that I observed here. Majority of the work force is fresher. Experienced people can't work here.

Too much politics in the company and toxic environment, manager and team lead's are stupid not having a common sense to talk with the employee, they treat employee like a worker and unsafe place for female employees, don't have any policy for the female staff.
