In terms of compensation i am nit satisfied specially in the benefits, the salary is not enough for the dutie and responsibilities, multi tasking.

Exist and long hour overtime withouth pay. I remember i will work 24 hours as field engineer. But not paid. My boss wasnt concern. And they end my contract. After they didnt need me. To the ongoing project.

... they are kind to you,but when you turned your back they will spin you to death. Limited training because of a contract basis only, career growth is limited also because of employment status, salary is good or fare, travel negative. politics is very serious they will pull you down, work environment is fair. innovation--no comment. work life balance is fair
