New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Tp adopt mpre knowledge and long term work with the companny. Nothing anymore

Dislikes

Exist and long hour overtime withouth pay. I remember i will work 24 hours as field engineer. But not paid. My boss wasnt concern. And they end my contract. After they didnt need me. To the ongoing project.

In terms of compensation i am nit satisfied specially in the benefits, the salary is not enough for the dutie and responsibilities, multi tasking.

... they are kind to you,but when you turned your back they will spin you to death. Limited training because of a contract basis only, career growth is limited also because of employment status, salary is good or fare, travel negative. politics is very serious they will pull you down, work environment is fair. innovation--no comment. work life balance is fair

teammates some will surely support/help you but some co workers is really bad. job security--/no security is not good also because the company doesnt offer regularization so no security of tenure. career growth--no comment, salary is fare, travel--no. politics is rampant/very bad. learning is fare. work environment is fare. innovation--no comment. work life balance is fare
