The culture of mmjc is great for work , everyone is accessible for queries and helps each other. They follow the laws and regulations is the letter of spirit and there are various internal teams which generally don't have with the firm for. E.g. quality assurance, research and development.

V v poor monetary benefits, no recognition for good work, very terrible work-life, v long work hours, uncontrolled workload per head and very aggressive seniors, no employee compensation, no overtime compensation, no travel allowance for late sittings

MMJC is one of the most leading Secretarial Services Firm in India with variety of services and good client base. Working environment is friendly but bit hectic. Work pressure depends upon team to team and client to client basis. To conclude it is good to work in initial stage of the career and build your knowledge.
