...rily. - They support Kids Education and Personal Development with 1 time or 1.5 time of the monthly gross salary which is apart from our CTC. I have worked in 3 Corporate Companies but i havent seen this benefit anywhere. - Health Insurance is at its best.

- Genuienly i have no dislikes. - Shift time was 6:30 AM IST - 3:30 PM IST but this is also changed now to General Shift which is 8:30 AM IST - 5:30 PM IST.

...er period of time. The employee strength has increased 3 times in the past 1 yr. The salary credits on time (28th of every month) They provide free pick up & drop, breakfast, lunch to all its employees and even sending b'day cakes to employee's house. Thumbs Up.

I worked in 2 other companies before Majulah InfoTech. Compared to that I have no negatives/dislikes with Majulah InfoTech.

I joined DigiSME as an intern in February. Starting as an intern, I gained valuable exposure to technologies like Angular, .NET, and .NET Core, which significantly enhanced my technical skills. The team at DigiSME has been supportive throughout, providing a collaborative environment that helped me transition from an intern to a trainee software engineer in August.Working here has been instrumental in my professional growth. The projects and guidance from my mentors allowed me to gain hands-on experience and develop a solid understanding of software engineering practices. Overall, DigiSME is an excellent place for aspiring software engineers to grow and build.
