Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Work culture needs to be redefine or restructure as per general human resource standard

Dislikes

Poor human resource management, Absolutely poor engineering and maintenance culture ,No value for educational qualification (poor place for qualified individuals e.g engineers ) Unprofessional, uncooperative, careless and selfish department leadership,poor and below the standard -Maintenance activities and manpower management, Kindly check carefully the joining letter or offer letter before joining the company and check for working hours and overtime renumeration if not mentioned then ask the HR to mention it clearly. As they don't follow the terms and conditions as per offer letter given.
