Poor human resource management, Absolutely poor engineering and maintenance culture ,No value for educational qualification (poor place for qualified individuals e.g engineers ) Unprofessional, uncooperative, careless and selfish department leadership,poor and below the standard -Maintenance activities and manpower management, Kindly check carefully the joining letter or offer letter before joining the company and check for working hours and overtime renumeration if not mentioned then ask the HR to mention it clearly.
