Nothing to like. Leadership doesn't know how to lead.

Dislikes

Salary won't be credited on time. HR Department doesn't have a clue of what's going on. Managers are pushing the team always without thinking about personal lives.

I was hired as a Marketing intern for 3 months. Within a week I realized that this place is not for me, this place is only for people pleasers and boot lickers. I made my mind that I would resign once I complete 2 months here. Nobody in the marketing team needed an intern, complete coordination failure between HR and Marketing team. Head of Marketing team is a fool, does know know an ounce about marketing, he could not even explain his products properly to a new hire, neither aware of blockchain as a concept, just engaged in chit chatting with HR team everytime. How foolish the team is can be explained from the fact that during a team meeting, it was decided that 27 blogs will be written per month for each of their product !! I mean seriously?? How can you write blogs about your product even when it has not been launched?? Even if you write informational blogs, will it really make sense to write it for 5 of your products every month? 5*27= 135 Entire team is just busy in content writing which will never ever be published. Marketing team (full of fools) is jus fooling the CBO by claiming false deadlines, requirements and work load. Even the marketing head promotes this by telling his team members to create false workflow, roadmaps and trackers to fool the CBO. Team researches and prepares presentations to showcase the events to apply for to the CBO even when they are 100 percent sure that they would not get any green flag to participate in it. They just wanted me to write content (which was not my expertise and they even had content writer interns for it) and never assigned me the work that I was hired for because they did not have anything up for me. During my final days here I realized that I was just a resource that was hired to show CBO how overworked the team was and how badly they needed an intern. When the team realized that me sitting idle and having no work to do might come into the eyes of CBO, they wrote a resignation email from my device when I was not at my desk and the next day I was forced to leave saying that I am not open to explore things and I do not coordinate with the team Such kind of behavior with a mere intern really explains about the culture of this company. Also, the senior management is in total confusion. They are building 10 products at a time none of which is launched or completed yet. I would advise that you only join this company if you are in need of a job desperately. If you are thinking that I was just an intern and I misjudged the things/culture etc etc, I would like to tell you that I have previously interned at very renowned organizations and startups. Also, I am working on my SaaS startup and we have obtained funding from Accel Capital. I just interned here just to see and learn the realms of marketing that I did not know about So, please do'nt underestimate my review
