...ed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

The company to which the employee gave 8 years of his life, harassed the employee and made him resign from the job, after which I was asked for early relieving, then even after I mailed for early relieving, I was not given early relieving,If I want, I can seek relief through court case because I have the recording which was spoken by the company's HR and Deepak sir (Business Head).

I dislike company salary structure compare for new joining against old employee who was complete his above 5 years in company but company not provide as per role benefits.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are suppotive and the management is transparent. Company polices are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

As company is on collection mode whole team put into collection as NPA level is not in control so businesses is not going to takes place till march and my suggestion is for any candidate not to come in company as very down line politics is happens...
