I don't like the Mahindra Rural Housing Finance (MRHFL) Reason: I started January 8 this month's salary not credit in my account and February month salary just 6500 rupees worst behaviour HR department. I not relieved the company but company abscond my name, I facing big problem in my life intercaste marriage this the reason abscond my name, I called to HR department in my relieving letter HR is not giving my relieving letter, so many problems in this company🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Do not join this company this is company take amount from employee where he or she resign if his not agree to pay or medical emergency to left the job

...ed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

The company to which the employee gave 8 years of his life, harassed the employee and made him resign from the job, after which I was asked for early relieving, then even after I mailed for early relieving, I was not given early relieving,If I want, I can seek relief through court case because I have the recording which was spoken by the company's HR and Deepak sir (Business Head).

I got promoted on Feb 2024 as an area Credit Manager but there is no change in my salary pack and grade. Hence I expected which will rectify after appraisal time but there is no decent salary hike as well as grade change during appraisal. I am continuing with organisation with same grade since joined on June 2022 as a manager grade
