Promotion and increment were only given to the nearer of bosses.No fix time table for some employees like us we worked on Sunday also. Discrimination was done with employees from other states but bosses ignored it or was not aware.

HR Department. And Operation higher Management totaly un experience of Operation processes at bottom level. HR. Department doing partiality between employees. Job safety is nothing. Daily working hours extended due personal life effected.

Higher People Like Hub Manager and Cluster Manager, Do Not Respond To The Employees Problems, They Do Not Pay For Overtime, Harrasing and Assulting The Male Employees.

"Mahindra Logistics' HR team is very disappointing. Even after my resignation of 90 days, they have not paid my salary and full & final settlement. Additionally, they deducted half of my salary, citing an extra notice period. This has been a very bad experience."
