When I start, i was provided training period 2 month which help me to get familiar with working. Also top management is very good and do care about the employees. Flexible work time is additional benefit.

Seniors are horrible specially the Kolkata and bangalore side people poor understanding and big ego

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. In pandemic situation also our company gave fully secure for my job

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there no salary hike for seniority.salary is main issue from my point of view it's very less

...t very good. They don't care about you all that much. You are NOT indispensable. I've had salary deduction issues without any reason that haven't gotten solved to this day.
