All are not deserve for even single star. Because the company Branch managers are so much worst and they pressure the employees and scold also a single leave don't give in that company even Sunday this is ridiculous

Such toxic behavior by the sales team, area managers, territory and some branch managersto exert pressure to act against policy, Fraud of giving increase in salary is done to the employees. by TM and Am of Gondia branch

Culture in MRHFL is very poor, it comes from senior management. Highly unethical people required only high yield. Don't focus on policy improvement, values. Many employees including head office people are very dominating and rude. If you have calm kind of personality find another job option. Your job is always on sharp edges of sword don't know when that sword will screwed your life. No job security. In short Complected process, intangible target, fear of tranfer, weekend working, inflexible timings, dominating attitudes, leg pulling frllegues, back bitching, unnecessary involvement of other departments, lack of team spirit etc. you will find at one place in MRHFL. This organisation is best example of how should a organisation have not to..!
