- Work pressure You have to give a sale on daily basis which you cant since the product is a luxury product which no one needs. The managers will pressure you and make your day horrible if sale is not given - No work life balance You have to work 365 days. Regardless of the policies they have, your leave is in your manager hands which he will not give you. You get one day week off from monday-Thursday only for first 3 weeks, final week there is no off.. Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working. Even during week off they will fix an appointment and ask you to go -incentives Everything is fake. They have so many eligibility criteria for getting eligible to get incentives. Good luck passing everything. Even if you get incentives they have clawback system where they take the incentives back from you if the customer leaves the membership plan which will obviously happen because of zero service provided to them. Basically you’ll get good incentives this month you’ll feel happy which will be taken back next month itself 😂 it’s rotational - Zero service They basically ask you to scam people, give so many false assurance to clients to covert them, even if you refuse to do these your manager will do and make you handle the client so in the end you will be trapped and debit will be initiated from your salary if the client escalates -Politics Constant work by managers to kick people out from the company, you need to be on their good side to get opportunities and save your job

pathetic work culture, if you are working with club Mahindra it means you don't have any other option, even managers are also very abusive and if you are complaining against him overall management is against you. no one care about forntliners. no weekoffs, no work timings

Moreover resorting to alcohol as a means to appease to superiors is concerning and unhealthy. * Poor Work life balance The unpredictable nature of work hours and the expectation to be available at all times and makes achieving healthy work life balance challenging. Additionally being sent alone to out of the city just to grab a sale is additional cruelty * Misleading Policies - promises of benefits such as travel allowance are often contingent on meeting unrealistic targets. It gives additional disappointment. * Incentives Policies - It is designed in a manner that makes it more difficult for employees to earn their due incentives, undermining motivation and performance. * Leave Management - Managers tactics to prevent employees from taking leaves, especially by creating artificial obstacles related to the unmet targets, deprive individuals of their rightful time off and contribute to burnout. * No HR Hold & only Br Mgr dominance - The hr is for no use, if an employee is hated by branch manager, then he cannot survive, he has to bribe him for his living.
