New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...ly ,i spand club Mahindra minimum 4 year... 2 time my new joining 1 stated 6500.end of my salary 7900 rs in hand .and suffering because lack of staff. and my last month salary haven't come yet almost 50 days left.

...proud. The didn't cut salary during this lockdown. I do my job very honestly and perfect. In my job there are collection of member's payment and it is collected by my self at anytime 24×7. Club Mahindra.

During the lock down period company paid full salary for me.. I am a single mother.. seriously they are supporting me on their end.. my daughter education and my family expensive everything I am managing myself by this salary.. Mahindra teaches me how to stand in my own legs.. I never depends on anyone.. because the company is supporting me.. I will be honest to my company.. I will work hard.. I will be strong and bold forever.. Thanks club Mahindra and my seniors.. who all supporting me in this company..
