Except on time salary everything is worst. No leave no holiday . Everyday you have to report 9:30 at office and fix time to leave office. Sat sun working no holidays on festival and not even public holiday

pathetic work culture, if you are working with club Mahindra it means you don't have any other option, even managers are also very abusive and if you are complaining against him overall management is against you. no one care about forntliners. no weekoffs, no work timings
