Lots of politics in management, salary are not very much hike and its slow

Office working time is not good. On the Probation period job trainning is not given by company.

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.
