Nothing that i like about this company. They have deducted huge part of the salary (Fixed + Variable) of the employees. They have rather ditched us during the COVID 19 lockdown by deducting such a huge amount from our packages. Facing economic difficulties now due to this problem. No one is there to address to our grievances.

...ed targets, Last years appraisals not done with an excuse of COVID 19 impact. Huge salary cuts from existing package which has taken us 4-5 years back in terms of or career path. Blocked huge amount of salary till March 2021 so that nobody can leave the company. Career growth here is horrible. The one with good references internally can grow within the system. Lot of politics going on around the work place. Employee opinion on innovation and work related ideas is least considered. Travel expenses,Telephone expenses,Petrol/diesel expenses are stopped. Employees paying from their own pocket.

There are no lines except some work life balance. That too is deteriorating offlate.

...ponent. It may or may not provide Performance Pay depending on many variables. New recruits be careful while negotiating salary. The HR will tell Performance Pay is assured and is paid almost certainly. Don't believe that. This is not true. Ask for increment on Fixed, not overall CTC. Just because they mention Performance Pay on offer letter CTC, there is no assurance, that they have to give you. Lots of politics and partiality over Performance. The company used to be good. Not anymore after 2019. HR is meaningless and can't help with anything. Off role employees (colleagues) were laid off with just 15 days salary. Not a professional organisation. Lots of Management issues.

Full job security, But Your appraisal judge by company's points of view, not what rating and score given to you by your reporting manager and his boss, Companies HR is for only the name, No any Respect for Appraisal Rating
