Lots of work pressure Unrealistic targets and undue pressure to achieve Partiality to get growth Partiality from top management for growth in position Uneducated and incapable top management are placed and they put undue pressure to down the line staff Top management puts entire workload on Staff even daily reports are to be prepared by someone in team

As of now, senior management has taken care of all employees at optimum level. I have listen some very disturbing news related to job losses & salary cuts from other companies, fortunately Mahindra Finance is handling this adversity.

Nothing as of now related to pandemic period.

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.

... have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra
