Company norms is good ,but managers working style is bad,as they are very seniors in this company they are working in old fashion,their decision making is poor,other than that HR policies & company norms & team mate's are very good and supportive.

Compensation is decent,no recognition for work,no work life balance.no team outings,no interaction between team members,no proper guidance by manager

Good work environment and culture Company policies are good Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues on the job training is not given to new joinees

Earlier it used to be Culture and company policies. But since the management has changed it’s a pathetic situation. Old employees at senior level of 22+ years in the organisation has also been sacked.

... have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra
