... blocking linked to business for last 6 months collection OD or unpaid cases. 5. Low salary package, and ABM's and DM's preferred person only will get appraisals. 6. Not considering employees constituency performance. 7. Multiple type's work load & No proper timings 8. Poor skills of ABM's, not giving support to Executive's. 9. One executive sourcing the business files from their hardwork, DM's & ABM's easily taken the files from that executive with their attitude, and kept in other executive code. 10. There is no work freedom for executive. DM's and ABM's theft the work from executives, and credit goes comes under limits. Finally Employee's are suffering & losses lots of believe on company and hating this organisation due to their personal benefits.

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.

Nothing that i like about this company. They have deducted huge part of the salary (Fixed + Variable) of the employees. They have rather ditched us during the COVID 19 lockdown by deducting such a huge amount from our packages. Facing economic difficulties now due to this problem. No one is there to address to our grievances.

...ed targets, Last years appraisals not done with an excuse of COVID 19 impact. Huge salary cuts from existing package which has taken us 4-5 years back in terms of or career path. Blocked huge amount of salary till March 2021 so that nobody can leave the company. Career growth here is horrible.The one with good references internally can grow within the system. Lot of politics going on around the work place. Employee opinion on innovation and work related ideas is least considered. Travel expenses,Telephone expenses,Petrol/diesel expenses are stopped. Employees paying from their own pocket.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent..

Basic salary is very low and career growth is slow. Appraisals are not fair and they give less salary hike

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
