Nothing that i like about this company. They have deducted huge part of the salary (Fixed + Variable) of the employees. They have rather ditched us during the COVID 19 lockdown by deducting such a huge amount from our packages. Facing economic difficulties now due to this problem. No one is there to address to our grievances.

...ed targets, Last years appraisals not done with an excuse of COVID 19 impact. Huge salary cuts from existing package which has taken us 4-5 years back in terms of or career path. Blocked huge amount of salary till March 2021 so that nobody can leave the company. Career growth here is horrible.The one with good references internally can grow within the system. Lot of politics going on around the work place. Employee opinion on innovation and work related ideas is least considered. Travel expenses,Telephone expenses,Petrol/diesel expenses are stopped. Employees paying from their own pocket.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates ase suppotive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is a lot of issues and the management doesn't address our issue and growth. Salary is decent type but career growth is too much slow..On the job training also was not given to new joinees...just show off...

Overall my current company is good for learning about the sales, competition, working ethics and most important how to writing mail, good working environment and culture. Clear and transparent policies.

...wth is slow. And appraisal is not done last year and not done in this year aslo. No salary increment and yearly bonus also stopped.

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.
