Company norms is good ,but managers working style is bad,as they are very seniors in this company they are working in old fashion,their decision making is poor,other than that HR policies & company norms & team mate's are very good and supportive.

Compensation is decent,no recognition for work,no work life balance.no team outings,no interaction between team members,no proper guidance by manager

My experience is fantastic as I take chalanges and complete with in tat, as per my work company promote to time to time. Soft Skill and product training held by senior manager on time to time to grow yourself. Experience is amazing.

Career growth is good but salary not growth as per responsibility. If you join at low CTC your hike will be remain same as other even you promote in designation.

There is no support from management. As per their policy executives and ABM’s are immune to Corona Virus. They should go to field and work. The salaries are deducted and metal pressure is increasing day by day.

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.

Nothing that i like about this company. They have deducted huge part of the salary (Fixed + Variable) of the employees. They have rather ditched us during the COVID 19 lockdown by deducting such a huge amount from our packages. Facing economic difficulties now due to this problem. No one is there to address to our grievances.

...ed targets, Last years appraisals not done with an excuse of COVID 19 impact. Huge salary cuts from existing package which has taken us 4-5 years back in terms of or career path. Blocked huge amount of salary till March 2021 so that nobody can leave the company. Career growth here is horrible.The one with good references internally can grow within the system. Lot of politics going on around the work place. Employee opinion on innovation and work related ideas is least considered. Travel expenses,Telephone expenses,Petrol/diesel expenses are stopped. Employees paying from their own pocket.
