...lot of incentives and respects.Insentive structure is very good in this company.My salary increased within one year of joining.Which is not available in other companies after doing very well.All Divisional managers and Area managers are very friendly and healpful behavior.

Dislikes

Some vertical bosses does not allow the junior exucutive to work independently.The inner working environment now has some branches that's not good.Future position growth is much slower.

They will never promote genuine employee never give a pay rise no bonus no grade change like a slave You can work there for 5+ years with the same salary even your managers will not support you for promotions and salary hike

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.

... have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra
