There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Suddenly makes the work load too much and this is the reason that people leave the company early, here only the people with high salary are given the company. ...timings and week offs. employees issues doesn’t addressed by the management . Not a decent salary also no growth in career and salaries as well. Always give preference to the employees which has joined from references. And have solid backup reference.
