This is a client (customer) based company so we must Travel as per company requirement under company policy.It is difficult to manage work life balance but with the help of Teamwork and due to company work environment, we manage the same. So, we can say "This is a great place to work".

Working with Mahindra and Mahindra it is nothing to dislike. W can only say thatin every company there are lots of challenge, we must face but with our work culture and team work we did and achieved company prospective.

Strict time followed by diploma and iti holders working in manufacturing plant. Discrimination done at same level. If there is little senior he will get desk job through buttering to his boss.
