1) Salary Hikes & Promotions are slow. 2) Multiple tasks & roles are assigned to single person at a time which tends the individual to stretch them to meet the deadlines.

Appraisal process is bias & not transparent. Career growth is slow as middle management is stagnant & hence too much politics. Poor work-life balance.

It has been great experienced to work in Mahindra & Mahindra .Working atmoshere is good as well as good and healty food provislded in tha palnt

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
