Aaj jo floor pe incident hua ussay hum bahut ahat hai aur majboori mein likhna padh raha hain ek 50-55 saal ke employee pe floor pe aakar hod chilla raha h, politically blame kar rahe hai, kehta h khelna h to acche se khelenge, beijjat kar rahe hain jabki uski galti nahi thi. "Hum log roz Ghut Ghut ke kaam kar Rahe Hain", only due to irritating behavior of our hod. floor pe aake chilata hain paglo ke jaise, jabki inko hosh nahi hain kaunsa kaam kitni der mein hoga, ek aisa employee jo senior manager k layak bhi nahi hain woh CFO bana hua hain, Dhayna ho hamari HR team and management. Hum sabko dhamki deta ha ki "apni team leke aaunga" ya mein resign kar dunga, ek cfo level la admi aisa nahi ho sakta, dhamkata hain mere ansuar he kaam karna hoga nahi toh nikal jao abhi. Ek hamara CFO 2-2 ghante cabin m khada kark bhashan deta hain, ek nambar ka ladki baaj h, ladkiyon se uljulul baatein karta hain. kaam department karta hain magar credit iss aadmi ko chahiye. pura office janta hain iss aadmi ko KGK group se nikala gaya hain hum hain HR aur management ne aise aadmi kaise hire kar liya, kyunki Mahima Group ki histroy ka sabse wahiyat CFO hain ye, iss group m kabhi politics nahi hua but in logon ki wajah se mahol un kaam karne layak nahi raha hain, isse turant nikal dena chahiye warna account m shayad kaam karne k liye akele arun purohit he bache. Hum puri team naye aane wale logo se nivedan karte hain hain ki jab tak ye cfo h yahan par koi join na karine.

I joined mahima because I need to try real estate marketing and I done pretty well in my 1.9 year tenure.

Dislikes

Salaries are never on time. Sometimes it's on 15 n sometimes it's on 20 -25. No growth in company. If you ask for increment Hr says itni to meri bhi nhe hai.

Company provides ample opportunities and great platform to explore and learn new things. respected CMD Sir & Director Sir is so positive and adaptive in trying new things in the company for the betterment of the organisation. Secondly company is so concern for their employees, even when every other organisations are deducting salaries of employees in this pandemic situation from last year but Mahima Group is giving salaries every month without any deferment.. HR Head of the company is very professional and applying many changes which is very fruitful for the company. Overall good company to work.

As I had worked in Digital Marketing Department, like to say that my reporting manager is so negative and greedy, he is the only reason due to which We had to leave the such wonderful organisation. He always use false language for the management and HR, and creating unnecessary pressure on the team. He use to put unreasonable demand in front of management like "Mujhe ek I Phone toh milna chahiye" and many more like this, even he asked the entire team to do the same. Worst experience working with him.
