Job Description

  • Knowledge of RERA Project Registration and Compliances.
  • Monitor compliance.
  • Interface with customers / courts / solicitor firms for legal proceedings.
  • Drafting of AFS, MOUs, Development Agreements, JDAs, J.V. Agreements.
  • Solving issues and providing templates of Standard Formats of Customer Queries of CRM Department.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Independent Team Player.
  • Drafting of property documents sale deed, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, MOUs, agreement to sale and other property documentation. Advise on land-property matters.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
  • Provide legal protection and risk management advice especially on CRM, Sales department.
