Horrible and terrifying. They don't give you appointment letter, salary slips, pay part of salary in cash. It would be your last option. In other words, better to be unemployed, if you are unmarried or don't have immediate responsibilities.

Everything. They treat employees as servants. Increment given is maximum 500 rupees per month. Their senior most employee(32 years) gets 50000 per month

Frankly speaking If any one can adopt babu type culture which is prevailing in this organisation. Work pressure was to high good sign for job security. Owner was good person always concerned about the job was conferred upon me. Not on the personal issue. Never took personal clarifications for any kind of leave application. At the time of increment or appraisal they are showing your poor performance. literally very poor increment, inspite of earning lot from client companies.

Marwari culture. Special preference from non Bengali employee..
