Daily more than 11 hours job and no leaves no ISO rules no job security anytime they may leave you and if you do cost cutting MD himself is saying the purchase department is my friend don’t make any move for cost cutting in the company!!

We are Totally unprofessional company, It's like local garage sorry garbage house. Employee are not care at all for us, we will say today evening that don't come tomorrow. Till we have orders you are best person but when order finish, you totally worthless for us. We release all employees at time with giving different individual types of reasons. The pantry staff and the Watchmen are the best people who always smile at everyone despite being under unnecessary pressure.

Dislikes

Company itself is a Big No. Only having money doesn't make fools a wise man. People are considered raw material here use and throw as they please, despite 3 months probation, it depends how much are you pleasing the Managers than only you can survive here. No one has the right to play around with Human Capital. Time money energy is wasted also the morale is brought down by degrading and bullying new comers. Whatever happens is for good. God saved me from something worse about to happen. Such offices make us realise what good work place and a great leader is like....

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
