There is no job security Company will not pay salary on time Company will terminate the employees as an when they need without paying salary There is no hr policy

Likes

Timing is good 10:00AM to 6.30PM second Saturday and all Sundays are holidays.

...t join here lot of false commitments they give to employees and they cheat them. they say they will pay good incentives but they don't and salary dates are after 17th only 3-4 HR heads has been replaced/left the job due to old employee's settlement pressure. Please don't fall in the trap and take wrong decisions by joining here rest is left to you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies is good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Mostly I liked the environment at site because it is totally in my control even my senior engineer remains,about work I have learned some subject about my work

Mainly struggled for salary ,it hadn't come intime and full salary.

It was a great experience to work with Mahavir Group & the sister firm Sumeet & Fashion Studio. I was handling whole sole responsibility of Human Resource, Starting from Manpower planning, recruitment to Full & Final Settlement.

Dislikes

Salary & career growth is slow.
