There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

A lot of things to learn but very slow growth and old technology used. Salary structure is very bad detections r more. Over all average company

Teammates are not supportive. Seniors as well. The people who buttering, get more increment.

Name bade hai and darshan khote hai company k. Upto 6 - 6 months Salary holding issue in the company.. Company management is 3rd class because there is no system. For the new employees managements not good and harassing mentally upto bottle nacked. all those things i told you guys because i was suffered in the company. old employees are making politics with new upto higher level. this is the remote area no one join immediately. overall management is very third class. So after all decisions & choice is yours.
