I don't like, everyone one who will join this organisation be careful it's a very unprofessional management team,so many complaints are still pending.

Management is very unpredictable and unprofessional,it's not government organisation it's a proprietor firm,one man show,lala company is much more better than this

Terrible promotion policy. Different for different individuals. No homogeneous and transparent policy. DGM HR ego is higher than Mt Everest. She is the only one who got 3 promotions with in 5 yrs. She is the only one who is still serving the company from the last 6 yrs and this year they put a filter of 5 yrs and click every one out from the company those have already served 5 yrs but DGM HR is still there.

No 1 Month Notice Period. This Company Only Required Non Maharashtraian Members. They don't want working people. Only people who sit and eat in the office are wanted. And they don't want HR here, all outsiders.
