...estly you given your 100 % efficiency but you getting 5 to 7 % salary raise. 5. No bonus getting in this plant. 6. The career growth very slowly all most 90 % people pemosion due. You working 7 to 8 year then you got pemosion one grade to next grade. And maneger getting every 3 year pemosion. 7. It feels like very good organization but my suggestion please don't join this Company. 8. Every years police change and reduce all facilities day by day. Ex remove El leaves, reduce medical facilities, remove home loan subsidies. Reduce Pl etc. 9. And Diploma trainees also not unsatisfied in this organization. As per new policy of organization after 2 years discontinu even you performance very good. 10. HR. Is not supportive . They doesn't working for employees they working for managers and HOD and supporting top management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good Salery hike and propetional pay every year.

1. Salary is lower compared to the work load and the top-notch job employees are doing. 2. Work-life balance is compromised many a times.

1.Diverse work culture. 2.Very good for beginners. Lot of learnings are there. 3. Job security is good 4. Health related support from Management is good. They support in all possible extent for their employees and their family health.

...nd officer to put more time to complete the task. 2. Promotion and hike system. Pay is good it is average when compared to market. But for achieving this person need to work daily 3hrs extra. 3. No process. Yes there is a process. But due to congested project timelines, process always get skipped. 4. Manager always paid more in term of percentage. Management mindset is to keep manager at their end. so they can train any operational level engineer easily.
