...tics, colleagues are very supportive maintains cordial behavior with each other. Compensation structure as good. Overall very good and employees friendly organization.

1. Salary is on time I.e. on the last day of every month. 2. Additional facilities provided to employees like Mobile phone, rainy wear, winter wear, safety shoes every 2 years and SIM card bills upto a good limit. 3. Holiday home package amount given which is to be solely used for employees to have an outing with family. Best of the facilities. 4. Companies health care policies are great.

Dislikes

1. Work culture is not upto mark. 2. Same repetitive work is done by employees from joining till now. No department change observed till now. No job rotation. 3. Lack of trust of higher ranks.

Work culture is good Sometimes whenever I necessary to do some assignment or task and I am failing to do it then other person from other department is take initiative to help me to do that task
