Work culture is good Sometimes whenever I necessary to do some assignment or task and I am failing to do it then other person from other department is take initiative to help me to do that task

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing to be liked! Worst organization seen in my whole career. Nobody is supportive. They treat Assistant Managers of shifts like donkeys & khacchars. Even Third party payrolls are having much respect than shift Engineers. They recruit you as an AM in O&M and they can do whatever they want to, with your life. They generate office orders like an Jio monthly bill. Worst Management. They can transfer anywhere at remote places without any kind of monetary support & you have to accept & take your family too. Everything is to be disliked. Human resources department don't even care about their employees & they don't even have humanity. They recruit & forget that even a employee exists. Only 1 person is ruling whole organization. Politics is in nerves of this organization. Name of organization must be changed from MGL (Mahanagar Gas Limited) to MPL (Mahanagar Politics Limited).
