So I like For A Working in This Company For A Good Management .Take Efforts On A New Job Developing, Marketing Strategy Is Good For Business Growing. Overall Good experience In This Company.

Generation Gap Like A Senior & Junior for A working In Team. Career Growth, Job Security ,Salary Are Main Issues In This Company. Company Not focused on This Main Issue.

There is no any appraisal policy. Each and every personnel categorised in same category for increment. No any promotion. Senior have egoist attitude.

career growth is very slow, no job training for fresher ,work pressure is very high, i have to work 12 hrs in a day and 7 days in a week , as i have to attend company call even after my working time sometimes its very pain.
